My Office Makeover Journey
Before the makeover, my office was a bland, cluttered space pieced together with “leftover” furniture from around the house. The random assortment of desk and storage elements didn’t really fit my needs. I hadn’t taken the time to purposefully set up the space to work for me – it was just a spot to plop down with my laptop.
Without proper storage for all my business materials like books, stickers, cards, journals and shipping supplies, the room felt chaotic and disorganized. I couldn’t focus in there and often found myself taking my laptop to work in other areas of the house instead. The space was draining my productivity and motivation rather than boosting it.
