Getting Fit and Healthy With A Busy Schedule

Divas With A Purpose hosted our first virtual conference last month. The Divatude Experience focused on different facets of our personal and professional lives. Registered participants will be receiving special offers from our speakers and sponsors and had the opportunity to connect with them one-on-one in our closed Facebook group.

This week we’ll be sharing the content and video recordings from The Divatude Experience.

Our first speaker was Patricia Lolo. She is a health and transformation consultant. She helps women become the “Diva” they were meant to be by providing them with the tools and resources they need to transform their mind, body, and spirit. She is a strong believer in the mind and body connection.

She is the founder of Divas In Transition, an online platform that motivates and encourages women of color to transform their health. She provides divas with healthy recipes, fitness tips, health education and motivation.

Patricia spoke to us on how on “Getting Fit and Healthy With A Busy Schedule”. She shared some great tips and provided 3 specific steps to begin a healthier lifestyle and not use having a busy schedule as an excuse.

Resources For Getting Fit and Healthy

I shared with the participants of The Divatude Experience that I began using Femme Fatale’s Infusion Water Bottle with Drink Tracker earlier this year and it has made a big difference in my water intake. I love that the site regularly shares different infusion ideas to make drinking water fun.

Another great resource I love is 4 hats and frugal’s free no-frills Meal Planning and Grocery List Printables. These printables are great tools to use to help implement the action steps Patricia shared with us on how to Get Fit & Healthy With A Busy Schedule.

I’d love to hear how you’re planning on getting fit and healthy. I have made a commitment to walk more and increase my water intake. My goal is to hit at least 5000 steps each day and drink at least 30 ounces of water.
