Always Eat After 7 PM: 4 Weeks In

Hands down, this has been the best experience I have had with a diet. I didn’t feel as though I was lacking or starving. - increase my energy,
- sleep better without the aid of medication,
- and begin losing the 45 pounds I my doctor and I have agreed I need lose.
My energy has increased overall even though I’m not sleeping as well I could be. I truly believe the sleep issues are now more related to all that’s going around us in the world right now. As we transition to whatever the new normal looks like I will focus more on my sleep. This eating plan has definitely kick-started my weight loss.
