Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole Recipe

Honestly, I stumbled across making this cheesy broccoli and rice casserole by accident a few years ago.

We were having a potluck at work and I had to bring something other than soda or iced tea.

I was trying to make a broccoli and cheese casserole and misread the instructions. No idea how that happened, but eh, it worked and was a hit.

It’s become one of my family’s favorites and I’ve made adjustments to it as I got more comfortable in the kitchen. This has definitely become one of my favorite quick and easy recipes to create.
